Prints on demand, order in store and online The National Museum of Science and Industry purchased a MemoryPrints licence in October 2004 for the National Museum of Photography Film and Television in Bradford. The NMPFT solution does not produce prints in store, but enables their visitors to place and pay for print orders while at the museum. These orders are effectively web orders, and are directed to our fully automated print laboratory in the UK, where they are printed and dispatched within 24 hours. The kiosk at the NMPFT is adjacent to the exhibition area, and so visitors can browse and search through relevant images as they leave the exhibition. Those visitors wishing to purchase prints of their favourite NMPFT images have a choice of 3 different sizes, ranging from medium sized 8" x 10" prints up to large 16.5" x 23.4" (A2) posters. Anybody with web access, anywhere in the world, can also visit the NMPFT online collection and browse or search through the same images.
